Standard Return Policies

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.

  • All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain a RMA number by calling Customer Service at (936) 634-2244.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
  • Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost or disposed of.
  • Returns will not be accepted for the following or for other reasons:
    • Any product not purchased from
    • Any product that has been installed or used.
    • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage.
    • Any product returned more then 30 days after delivery
    • Any product returned without notification
    • Electrical parts
    • Serialized equipment

Please Note: Any product returned to Air Cooled Engine Co. must be new, unused, complete, marked with a valid RMA number, and be shipped to us less than 30 days after original invoice date. Anything else will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse any return and charge a 30% processing charge for any return. Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

All sales final on engines, short blocks, decks, electricals, manuals, gaskets, and on equipment that has been oil and gassed.

Engine-powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
