Regular Shipping Options 
Our shipping charges are based on the averages from the UPS and FedEx websites. Size and weight restrictions may change the shipping rates; additional freight charges will be added to order for over-sized or overweight items. If additional shipping fees are required, we will contact you with a total before completing your order.

Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping rates will be billed to customer.

Coupon Orders 
Free freight offers are good for ground shipments only. Free freight offers do not include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or international locations.

Express Delivery Available Upon Request
Please call to see if the product is in stock! Upgrading to Second Day Air or Next Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example, an out-of-stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by the shipper) to arrive in two business days.

Back Orders 
Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, like special-order parts, may take longer. We have set up very efficient suppliers and if your local dealer says it is not available for a extended period, check with us. Usually we can get parts faster because of our huge buying power!

Special Orders 
Special-order parts that are not in stock can take approximately 1 to 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order. Please note returns will be subject to a min. 30% manufacturer's restocking charge.

Truck Freight Shipments 
Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $75 and $100 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. it's always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.)

Shipping and Order Errors 
Should the customer receive a product not expressly ordered or either by our shipping error, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.

In-Store Pickup

In store pickup is a newly available option for our local customers. This is a convenient way to purchase your parts ahead of time and pick them up in-store. If we do not have a part in-stock we will order it in with the rest of our orders every Tuesday. If you would like to get your parts sent directly to your home please select the correct shipping option at checkout.
